[ooc: Here, City, have a Goku, who has just been yanked from the end of his first fight with Majin Buu (i.e. before he teaches Goten and Trunks how to fuse) with all his memories of the City intact. He's currently hovering over the City so feel free to have your character bump into him if he/she can fly. Also, as the icon indicates, he's currently powered up to his Super Saiyan 3 form and somewhat...displeased with the timing of his arrival. So...have at? :D]
