I just had myself a really really good scare thanks to Milo.
So I live in a subdivision. We don't have backyards. Everyones yard is connected to everyone elses and it is crazy. You need to know this later on.
Today I went down to the fitness center to run on the treadmill. I came home about 20 minutes later on. Callie was looking at me funny. Shes a cat if you didnt already know. I didnt know what was going on so I tried to find Milo. My other cat. Like he is MINE, i own him and he is my life. I couldnt find milo ANYWHERE. I had no idea where he had gone. So I went to my room to check to see if he was sitting in the window like he sometimes does. I had left my window open this morning for him to look out. My screen is broken so I had it duct-taped closed so that the bugs wouldnt get in. Well, the screen was broken and there was a big opening at the bottom. I was like FUCK!!!!! I ran outside looking ALL over for Milo. NOWHERE. I searched as many yards as I could but nothing. No trace of Milo. I searched the perimeter of my house like 30 times. Milo is an indoor cat, and he's been outside only twice and with my supervision. We dont have a gate so if he ran into the street he could easily get run over by a car. i got into my car and went around the block a few times but i still couldn't find him anywhere. you cant even imagine how bad I was flipping out. I came back home and Callie kept looking at me like ''Where is Milo?!" and I had no idea what to tell her. So I got in the shower because I was all gross from my run earlier and took a really fast one. I was in my room getting dressed and I was about to put my hair up when I heard Callie in the living room. I heard some weird scratching noise and I look out and on the porch is MILO!!!!!!!!!!! crying to come in. I seriously fell over and bawled my eyes out. Milo found his way home! I have NO idea where he went, but his whiskers were dirty. I missed him so much. He was only gone like an hour, but for that hour I had no idea what had happened to him. I was so worried. I love milo. he's never going back outside ever again. lol.
