Soft, sickly, those dashed out of your right minds-there's something you need remember.

Think. Do you know?

[ The journal's camera is obscured. The text's all anyone can see. How suspicious. ]

For those who do and those who don't, ask yourselves: of what are you most afraid?

[ Katara is paging through this strange new magical book when she comes upon this question and - painstakingly - reads it.

It scares her.

Katara is really tired of being scared. So she screws up her courage and finds a pencil and responds. You probably can only see the very tip of her head, as she's now learned about the images and is trying to keep out of sight.]

[Gah! She doesn't know what that is, but it looks creepy and painful. She takes a deep breath and decides to draw something else happy. She won't let the book scare her!]

[Ha! Yes! The book didn't spew back any more creepy pictures. That means she won, right?

Now whoever is on the other side of it is trying to write to her. Should she respond? She got what she wanted, she's not scared anymore, but those words are kind of creepy.

Maybe she shouldn't talk to this person. Just because Kuruk said that the Fire Nation isn't here doesn't mean there can't be other bad people.

Fear and much pain have taught Katara caution. So she isn't going to respond anymore, she's going to reach up and shut the book. But before she does, if whoever is on the other end is watching carefully, they will get a glimpse of wide blue eyes and dark hair caught in a loop.]
