Depending on user icons and where I've thrown her, Samantha may be in highschool or early uni (thus, known as Samantha Westfield, and anywhere between 16-20), or she may be in her early/mid twenties and engaged or married to Burt (thus, being known as Samantha Hummel).
As the younger version, she's somewhat like Kurt and Quinn rolled into one. She's very prim and proper, classy and wealthy. She often wears fashion-forward "rich girl" clothes. Her main priority is school, to do well in all her classes, including her private lessons in piano and horseback riding. While she may seem snobby or stuck-up at times, the truth is she does care about other people, and she's very open-minded and, above all, understanding. She also gets a secret thrill from occasionally rebelling against her parents, but what teen doesn't?
As an adult, Samantha is much more laid-back, and this has almost everything to do with Burt's influence. She's still classy and fastidious when it comes to her clothes, but her goals have certainly shifted, and she's much more understanding and willing to make sacrifices for the people she cares about.
