you thought i was nice... think again
SO.... I was bidding on a burberry scarf that was cheap at the time I began bidding nearly 5 minutes til the aucution closed. My max bid was $50 which is a good $150 under retail. The price was currently sitting at $30 when a dude started bidding against me. First it was $31, then $32, then $37, and so on until he FINALLY reached $51. At this point I was yelling at my computer things like "MAX BID MEANS THE MAX THAT YOU'LL BID DIP SHEEET..." yeah i was using profanity.
So knowing full well that I wasn't going to spend over $50 on this scarf, i decided to play with the other bidder... hopefully giving him some anxiet like i felt. I bid $52... he bid $53, I went 54... (praying that he would return the bid, but knowing at the same time that he'd go higher). Finally I got him up to $67 and said " so long sucka! " Then chuckeled to myself knowing he could've had that scarf for $17 cheaper if I had only let him be.
I feel good.
