This seems to be a trend...
In a couple of chairs by the fire are a pair of sky pirates, quite possibly with a team of moogles nearby, talking about repairs that need to be made on their ship. Kaylee would probably go bonkers.
There's also a ninja girl making onigiri on one of the tables. If anyone's hungry for rice balls wrapped in seaweed (or in need of medical attention...Peter, she'd probably be a fun person to talk with) feel free to prod her. She's pointedly ignoring the skeletal rat cowled in a black robe who's attempting to steal a rice ball larger than it is.
Then there's a dog...maybe? Something that looks like a walking carpet, and is also muttering to itself, wandering around the lobby. "Stupid Holy Wood agents...don't know w wonder when they see it!"
And sounds of arguing can be heard from the general direction of the library, or, rather, one man arguing and a lot of angry ape noises.
