At another table, Valentine Wiggin-Skywalker is teaching Pepper Potts how to read and understand Aurebesh. Who knows when she might need to know

By now, Sara knows to look up when she comes in the Inn.

Laura's sleeping in her carrier, and Sara looks tired, but content. "Hey."

Mark turns his camera downward and grins, leaning forward on the rafter. "Hey. How're my girls?"

"Wondering why you won't stay on the ground like a sensible person?"

[bohemian_mark]

"Well, I thought this was a good angle. There's a lot going on today, and, well, it's almost like a split screen, if I fil through this one rafter..." He pauses. "And, well, did you ever expect me to be sensible?"

"Of course not."

[bohemian_mark]

"Well, then. There you have it!" Mark grins, sliding across the rafter, then climbing down a ladder. Slipping his camera in his bag, he hugs his wife and plants a kiss on the top of his daughter's head.

"She's learned to turn handles," Sara reports with impending doom in her voice.

"Oh, dear." Mark winces. "Does this mean we're going to start locking the doors?"

"Already have, at least in most of the Loft. It'd probably be good to put some better locks on the darkroom."
