Reki, seated nearby, looks up from her own drink (tea), with a smile.

"I didn't think it was that hot."

Guppy smiles slightly and looks up.

"I get this thought food thing wrong every time. It's like when you say 'don't think about elephants'; every time I do it I end up thinking what could go wrong."

"It's hard think in the right way," Reki agrees. She holds up her tea, "I keep expecting it to be too hot and burning myself."

[guppy_sandhu]

"Does it get easier with practice?"

[smallstonesteps]

Reki tilts her head back. "Depends on what it is. But yeah, I think it does."

[guppy_sandhu]

Guppy nods.

"I'm Guppy, nice to meet you."

[smallstonesteps]

Reki smiles more widely. "Reki, likewise."

[guppy_sandhu]

"Have you been coming here long? I've only been here a few times."

[smallstonesteps]

"I've been here a while now. Two months, I think."

[guppy_sandhu]

"Weird place, huh?"

[smallstonesteps]

"Definitely," she agreed, thinking of the Doctor. "But it's always interesting."

[guppy_sandhu]

"I'd love to know how all this appearing food and drink works."

He takes a bite of his orange juice.

[smallstonesteps]

"Well, I guess the key is not thinking about it too much. ...But also thinking about it enough to avoid things like tea being too hot."

[guppy_sandhu]

"I think it just requires concentrating." Guppy says, producing a cube of chocolate about six inches in each dimension.

Reki blinks. "That's a lot of chocolate."

[guppy_sandhu]

"Um... do you want it?"
