Mark reaches down and picks up a few papers. "Hey there, dog. Er. You new around here?"

Gaspode gives him another look.

"Bark."

Mark raises an eyebrow. "I'll take that as a yes." Snapping his fingers, a bowl of dog 's meat food appears in front of Gaspode. "Here. You look like you could use something to eat."

Gaspode looks at the food and then glowers at Mark.

"What self-respecting dog would eat this?
