Merry Christmas, everybody!
So. There are a few young ladies in the Inn, taking advantage of the Christmas spirit in various ways.
Ace is outside, bundled up and gleefully setting off a mixture of Inn-provided and home-made firecrackers and fireworks. The bangs, pops, whistles, and whooping can probably be heard quite clearly inside.
Rose had no idea it was Christmas in the Inn. Granted, that's probably because she wasn't exactly here. Just because you didn't see her leave doesn't mean she didn't. But she was expecting to see Pete and Jackie's flat, where she was going for (surprise, surprise) Christmas dinner. She rather lights up when she sees the Inn - the chance to see Jack or the Doctor on Christmas is very cheering.
Ivy isn't sure about this whole "Christmas Spirit" thing, but she's wearing jingle-bell earrings and a red top, her hair back in a ponytail wrapped in tinsel. She's uncomfortable as hell, but she's tried, and is propped on the couch, surrounded by pillows.
And Kaylee... Well, the Inn hasn't seen hide nor hair of here in a while, and when she comes in a few minutes after Rose, in her usual jumpsuit, with an unusual bundle in a prettily-patterned cloth slung against her chest, she squeals softly and excitedly. Christmas is FUN!
