So far, the Inn seems to be keeping people from running into themselves.
(How long this will last with a certain Time Lord running around has yet to be seen.)
That being said, the Murphy MacManus from 1996 must have left at some point because-

-the brief string of Irish accented (and slightly pained) obscenities is courtesy of the teenager who just stumbled in, his right arm having collided gauze first into the door frame.
