Yes, she might have asked the Inn to remind her what Chase's boy looked like but it's only for good reasons!

...Well okay, it's for her own curiosity but she can only take standing around the lobby for so long.

Ben can't help, but mind a little.

As sexy as he is (;p), it is not everyday that someone stares at him so intently and with a photo in their hand.

It's weird.

He tilts his head to the side and quirks a grin at her. "You looking for someone?"

It taks her a moment to even realize that he's noticed her and she jumps a little as the realization dawns.

"Oh, sorry," she mutters, slipping the photo underneath the table. "You're Ben Sullivan, correct?"

Ben is still grinning, but he's very much confused. He's been in the Inn a very long time, and no one's every been looking for him. At least not anyone he didn't already know.

"Who wants to know?" He raises an eyebrow at her and then laughs a little, taking a drink from the bottle and shrugging. "You've found him. How can I help you?"

"Lucy Saxton," she says simply, offering him a hand. "I've just heard some interesting things about you, Mr. Sullivan and thought I would come and find out for myself if they have any merit."

Really Ben, don't ask, you won't get a straight answer. Probably.

"Interesting... things?" Ben blinks, but reaches out and takes her hand, shaking it gently.

And then he leans down and kisses the top of her hand, because it seems more appropriate with someone so elegant and British. "Well, at least you have heard of me. Still that's a new one. Good interesting things... or bad? Wait, don't tell me. I'm going to try and enjoy the mystery."

The gesture makes her laugh, she can see why Chase would fancy him, he's rather charming. However, charming doesn't mean good.

"Don't worry," she replies. "I've heard only good things. Felt that I should come and see for myself though, just in case."

"Only good things..." Ben tilts his head to the side, mimicking the JD fantasy-head-tilt. "I'm trying to think of who in my life likes me enough to say only good things."

Of course, this just leads to thinking about Chase.

"I feel out of the loop. I haven't heard anything about you." He looks at her again. She seems familiar... "Wait, were you the one kicking ass in the snowball fight?"

"I was involved, yes." She's trying to not be too smug but it's rather hard. She enjoyed that snowball fight, it was stress relief.

"And if I recall correctly, you were the one having a a rather passionate kiss with a friend of mine at one point or another."

Ben nods with a wide smile, realization dawning on him.

"I had a feeling that's who it must've been that yo'ud talk to, but I've never known him to be much of a talker not when it comes to... well, that stuff." He isn't either so really, it works out.

"Yeah, best snow ball fight ever."

She laughs. "I can't say that it was a simple task but considering I had sheen the rather blatant show of affection, it seemed rather silly for him to try and deny anything."

"Who are you," she says then, tone only slightly more firm than before. "I mean, all I know is what he's said, which is all good and well but leaves me with little knowledge of who you are, just who he thinks you are."

"Woah. You're all for the deep questions then, aren't you? I mean, you already know my name so you must want more than that, right?" Ben tilts his head to the side with a shrug, finishing his beer in one last gulp and tapping his fingers along the side of it.

"Who am I... who am I... Let's see, my name's Ben Sullivan. I have two sisters and two parents, none of us seem to ever get along, but there's love there, I think. I do construction work when I'm at home and I like to travel around the country when I get the chance." He smiles at her. "Not sure what else there is to tell, except I love Chase. Never thought I'd fall in love with anyone again, but I did. And it's with him. And that is that."
