There's a few people in the Inn that are under one narration, and as the narration does not wish to flood flists, they're all in one post.
April is listening to her walkman and looking through a catalog on her datapad. The height of fashion from around the galaxy. She's looking for the perfect dress. She hasn't found it yet. She knows she will.
Florence, in the restaurant, is having a better day than she could be, and as such is only nursing a scotch, not rip-roaringly drunk. This does not change the fact that she's relying on alcohol to function.
Through the door walks a certain writer who hasn't been seen here in a while. Jamie is glad to see the Inn, as he was just going into the other room to pick up the phone. He knows it was Cathy. It's just a sense. And he really doesn't know what to say to her right now.
Allie is in her corner, as usual, reading a book that Jane has thoughtfully provided. Maybe not so thoughtful on Jane's part, that book is Men at Arms. Thank god it all already happened, right? Doesn't make Allie any less nervous for her friend.
And Ivy, very much with the eight months pregnant thing going on, is relaxing on the couch by the fire. Or, well, she was relaxing, and now she's pretty much stuck. Not that she's in a rush to move, it's just that she can't get up without help.
All are botherable.
