JD just talked to Ben, and Ben thinks he should leave, but not without JD, because they entered together and if he leaves without JD... then he'll just get stuck there waiting for JD anyway, while lot's of shit happens at the Inn. So JD's tapping the top of a table with a pen and trying to convince himself it's what should happen.
