"Y'know." Sue glances at the t-shirt, folding her arms over her sparkly chest, wand sticking out one end, with the blond, curly hair, make up, and gown she may be hard to recognize. "I think you could've got it worse. I'm jealous. I'd prefer a t-shirt that says, 'Sparkles 4 Ever'."

"What're you---" he looks down. ".........very fucking funny, Jane. Seriously."

He raises an amused eyebrow at Sue's outfit. "Least you're sparkly."

Sue raises an eyebrow at him with a frown.

"You seemed to miss the point that I don't want to be sparkly." She shifts in the chair. "I can't move."

"Awww, but you look so cute."

Beat.

"Probably won't last longer than today. Probably."

Sue glares when he calls her cute.

"Don't make me point my wand at you." She's in a relationship for the first time ever. Sue's much happier than normal, but that's overshadowed by the sparkles.

"It better not."

"All right. I'll behave." In a pig's eye. "So what's got you so happy?"

Indeed he can tell that half of her sparkle isn't due to glitter.

Sue blinks and places the wand against her face. Damn Collins and his perceptiveness.

"I'm... I have a girlfriend." It comes out quick, there's a hint of both fear and happiness mingled in her voice.

"Really? Girl, that's great!" He grins, genuinely happy for her.

"Yeah." Sue says, shifting a little nervously in her chair as she sets the wand down. "It is."

"It's... surprising, but yeah... great."

"It's about time you had somethin' making you happy, girl."

If Sue did the blushing thing, she might just do that now. She doesn't though, so she just smiles.

"So other than the horrid t-shirt, how are you?"

"The restaurant's doing well and Angel's happy. M'fine."

He's a simple man in many ways.
