For once in his lives, the Doctor finds that he's a little unsure of himself.
Not very unsure of himself, of course, but just a little.
You can't blame him though, it's not as if he's ever ran around in anything like this.
Even so, he finds that he actually quite likes the dress, it's just a matter of trying to figure out how to properly sit in one of these things.
