Toly came upon Florence and was immediately struck with worry. He rushed to kneel beside her, taking her hands. "What's the matter, milaya?"

Typist: Lateness is a lie, I fail at checking comms XD

Typist: That's why I have the comm on my flist. XD Though I know you don't check yours often, so...

"It hurts," she whimpers.

Granted, not as much as if she were, say, in labor, but it's worse than normal monthly cramps, and those can get bad, so she's well within her rights to curl up in pain.

"What hurts, Florence?" He sat on the couch and gently rested her head on his lap, stroking her hair. "Can I help it at all?"

Typist: If by 'not often' you mean 'never unless someone specifically tells me to' then yes. XD

"It feels like I'm having a bleeding baby!" And by 'bleeding' she means 'fucking' or 'god damned". As opposed to, y'know, an actual baby actually gushing blood or something. Because (actually) that would be bad.

Having Toly petting her hair helps to at least calm her down, if nothing else.

Anatoly furrowed his brow in confusion, but kept holding her and rocking her gently. He looked her over quickly to make sure there was no actual blood and, satisfied that there wasn't, leaned down to kiss her forehead. "Tell me what to do to make it better."

Typist: Swear to god this was posted ages ago. Damn stall-y computer.
