"So it is," Molokov answers with an Irish lilt of his own, albeit one with a slight Russian accent.

Florence laughs. "An Irish Russian!" She's back to her normal accent, the Irish thing being too hard to keep up while drunk. "You... are a very multi-talented man."

Giggle. Her brain is making dirty comments regarding Walter.

Molokov doesn't particularly like that pause, but well, there's not much he can do about it, is there?

"So I have been told."

"And," she continues, "While I think Walter has extremely bad taste in men, you make him happy, so you've got to be some good in bed."

Oh Florence. Dear, drunk Florence.

Molokov has just thought up a glass of vodka and taken a sip when Florence replies. He chokes and manages not to drop his glass by a miracle.

"What?"

Florence tilts her head. "What? Aren't you fucking Walter? He said you were."

"I think it is. 'Cause Walter's my friend. He was Molly's godfather, you know. Bought her snow boots and everything."

Yeah. Drunk.

He frowns. "Molly?" The name is ringing a small bell but he can't quite remember just where he's heard it.

"My Molly," Florence says softly, stroking the pink baby blanket in her lap.

"I see."

He is very glad to get the conversation off of his relationship with Walter.

"You don't see," she says. "You were out of your bloody head when we talked last. Don't know that you even remember it, rightly."

"I remember," he says quietly, to the counter.

Florence doesn't really hear him, and continues rambling drunkenly. "And even if you did, you wouldn't bloody well care, now would you? Noooo, why would you give a shit about Florence Vassey? She thinks you're a pillock and throws fruit at you."

She points at Molokov, waggling her finger scoldingly. "Well, I'll have you know, mister, that I was going to castrate you last time, and I didn't, so I'm definitely a better person than you."
