"He's just not that into you..." Excuse me while I let my inner
Carrie Bradshaw come out. I've been mulling over the idea ever since I re-encountered it in one of the Sex and the City episodes with Jack Berger telling Miranda that her date who hasn't called just wasn't into her.
In the famous quote:
"He’s just not that into you. When a guy’s really into you, he’s coming upstairs, meeting or no meeting."
Yes, I've also read the book and I've seen the movie (I'm talking about He's Just Not That Into You). And as simple and straight to the point this comment is, the harder it is to accept it. A lot of women probably agree with me but we do tend to over-analyze things. We live off of signs and promises of grand gestures so when we're given things as they are, we'd love to look into what lies underneath those words (not that there would be anything underneath every single time).
I swear sometimes the complications are just products of our imaginations. And sometimes he really just isn't that into you. No sense losing sleep over it. None at all.
