Nodding toward a passing server, Lucius said, "Would you care to take our seats or shall we see if the house champagne is as pitiful as last year's offering?" Not that he expected Potter to be able to tell the difference between good champagne and goat's piss, mind you...

He rubbed his hand over Harry's back to reassure him. He was quite pleased that Harry was willing to come with him and he'd made many, many naughty promises to keep him happy with going with it. "We could give the champagne a try. I learned a vintaging charm since last year, so even if it is dreadful, it can be made better."

One eyebrow raising, Lucius said, "Did you?" Summoning three glasses of champagne, he plucked one out of the air. "Please, by all means." He was both interested and proud that his son had picked up such magic. Tasting his champagne, he knew that his expression showed exactly what he thought of it, which wasn't much.

"Mmm... want some?" he asked, holding out the flute he'd just sipped from, pulling it back as his father reached for it, smirking playfully before he let him have it.

He still wanted to set fire to Potter's hair, just for fun, but he snatched the flute way from Draco anyway, tasting it carefully. He allowed several long seconds to drag by before nodding solemnly. "Acceptably improved," he said at last. "An interesting and useful trick you have learned. Where did you--"
A magnified glockenspiel sounded through the foyer, followed by a pert woman's voice announcing, "Ladies and gentleman, please take your seats. The performance will begin in five minutes. Five minutes to curtain. Thank you."

Of course, most of Harry's friends just let them bring the wine so it didn't come up much, but it was a very useful charm to know. There were loads of interesting cleaning tips in there as well. And, as he'd lately discovered, tips for sewing charms, which he was greedily reading up on.
"Ah. So... let us head on up," he said as he headed up the stairs to take them up to the balcony box.

Well.
Lucius wasn't used to making sacrifices, but he was more accustomed to a life that included Draco than one without the boy. And if that meant only trying to have Potter killed outside of Draco's hearing, he supposed he could suck it up. Not that he would ever tell Draco any of this, of course. It had occurred to him one day not long after that last horrible period of hallucination and mindlessness.
Lucius chose a comfortable red chair at the front of the box and sat down, not bothering to see where Potter chose to sit.

Draco loved the way Harry looked when he dressed up like this. Even if he was wearing his flip flops under the floor-length robes, it meant a lot that Harry had made such an effort. He'd strategically planned to meet Harry at the Malfoy Manor, as he likely wouldn't have made it out the door had he seen Harry looking every inch the proper wizard like this.
"You look amazing. I don't know if I'll last the whole night without snogging you senseless. I might need to visit the loo with you later," he whispered to Harry.
Then he leaned forward and asked his father, "So, did you pick up a programme?"

"Maybe at intermission I'll give you a little taste of what you'll get for being so good tonight. You're doing so well," he whispered before nipping his lobe. "I'm very proud of you. You look amazing, you know. I wish I could convince you to dress like this all of the time."
He nuzzled the side of his face, feeling a little whiny that he couldn't have a proper snog now, especially since he'd been too nauseated that morning for them to have their normal morning ritual in the shower before work took Harry away. He felt fine now, of course, but he missed their closeness that morning.

"Not nearly as good as you do," Harry said, smiling appreciatively at Draco. He always knew just what to wear to make him look perfect, and Harry was always happy to enjoy the results. "I'll dress like this for you when we're alone, if you want." It wasn't as good an offer as wearing it out daily, but Harry simply couldn't agree to that. A private show now and again? That he could manage.
He leaned his head against Draco's, curling in to his warmth. It felt good to be so close to him even if Lucius was sitting just in front them. "How are you feeling?" Harry asked, brushing a strand of hair away from Draco's face.

"Oh, you," he said, tilting his head up to kiss Harry's neck softly. He loved compliments, especially from Harry. "Do you really like this robe? It's a little old fashioned but I liked the color, anyway. I've had it a while. I probably should've bought a new robe for this but... well... shopping's less fun without my dressing room buddy."
He squeezed his eyes closed and rubbed his head against Harry's hand and sighed happily. "I'm feeling much better. I just did some reading in the living room and felt better after a while. Something must not have settled right last night."
The lights started to dim and the show began. "Looks like your wish is their command, hm? Intermission here we come."

Once seated, Neville looked around at the box seats, looking for more people he recognized. He didn't have to look hard before his gaze fell on the box belonging to the Malfoys. He hid a small shudder when he saw that Lucius was there, and nearby...
Waiting until Draco's father wasn't looking, he waved up to Harry and Draco. He wasn't sure they had seen him. Maybe he'd visit the box at intermission.
