[The sudden clamor of voices was surprising enough to draw Link out of his room and out to the front of the building. He brought along his book, just to listen to other people's reactions and get hints about what's going on. It doesn't sound like anyone's getting hurt, just really confused. That's good, but it still doesn't answer anything

This! [Back attack from Ganondorf!]

[And it probably would've be a nice shot, if the big bad hadn't shouted right before attacking. Still, it takes Link completely off guard even as he's rolling off to the side. He's looking back at... Ganondorf, apparently, who just appeared out of no where.

Wait, wait, why was he still on the ground? He scrambles to get up and collect his senses. How was this even happening, really?]

You stuck a sword in my head, boy. Before, I would have spared you. But now I am not feeling nearly as charitable.

[outsetsailor]

[What he talking about? Link steadies himself and pulls out his sword and sheild.]

I didn't do anything! [Yet.]

[black_dragmire]

I've not time for your lies, whelp! [Ganondorf produces two swords from inside his robes and strikes forward.]

[outsetsailor]

[He doesn't even know what a whelp is! This time, he's a little more prepared as he dodges again. It's really a close one this time, since Ganondorf is so much stronger and larger than him.]

I'm not lying!

Enough!

[Ganondorf sweeps forward and makes an attack meant to disarm the boy.]

[And it works. Link feels the sword slip out of his hands and land somewhere behind him.

Okay, this is serious business. He brings up his shield to block any incoming attack that might come next. He needs to try and get that sword back.]

[But Ganondorf is too fast. He overtakes the boy and presses his foot down on the sword.] You've no princess to help you, boy. This time it ends for good.

[So now there's Ganondorf and his sword in front of him, both are untouchable. He glares at Ganondorf, readying himself as if he were about to attack with something else...

...then, without warning, he turns around and runs straight into the Community Housing building. He knows the structure like the back of his hand, now. Ready to chase a kid around an apartment complex, Ganny?]

[gerudoking]

[That Ganondorf might not be, but the one you're about to run into doesn't need to.]

... who are you?

[outsetsailor]

[WHO KEEPS LETTING THESE PEOPLE INSIDE he freezes right before running straight into the other Ganondorf. This is kinda damaging his morale, now. He holds up his shield and just waits for a response, too stunned to answer the question.]

Those clothes... what is your name, boy?

[outsetsailor]

[Was this man... serious? He didn't know Link's name? He's not sure if he should answer that straight away. What if he gets angry like the other Ganondorf? Then again, what if he gets mad when he doesn't answer?

Finally, under some serious pressure, he blurts out:]

Deku.

[gerudoking]

[Although suspicious... he has other matters to be concerned with.]

I see.

[outsetsailor]

[He... he can't believe he said 'Deku'. Well, it seemed to work for this Ganondorf. He mentally sent thanks to the older Link he could no longer find.

That still left the big man here. What to do now? Maybe he could get him to get the other Ganondorf away?]
