i rock
i think this has been one of the shittiest weeks of my life.
but, today, i got a letter saying that i was one of the 260 students out of 2000 students to receive a scholarship from my dad's work for $5,000 a year! yay! that helps SO much! now if i get this tuition waiver i'm hoping for from FGCU i'll only end up havin to pay $5,000. and then i think FGCU is givin me a couple thousand AT LEAST in scholarship money, so it's gonna end up bein only like $2,000/year to go to school there. and if i transfer to UCSB or CLU sophomore year as planned, it'll be even less than that, which means i won't be payin for anything, and my parents will pay for it all!
so that makes my day at least a tiny bit better.
and God answered prayer... i'm goin to california for the summer. i can't live w/ chris, so there's no other answer. i'll be flyin out sometime really soon after graduation to GET PAID to housesit for my grandma while she's in europe or somethin for the summer! plus i have a job @ the moorpark Y that haley is hookin me up w/. i really wanted to be in Florida this summer, but obviously that's not the best decision, since God isn't opening those doors. so i'm excited about cali i guess.
welll just wanted to share w/ you how my shitty ass day was just a lil bit better because of that scholarship. but, i'm outta here to go finish my bad day! my lil brother's nasty white, red-eyed gerbil got out of it's cage and is underneath the stove. my dad said i have to get it because there's rat poisoning under the stove and he doesn't want it to die. but i'm def. deathly afraid of rats, mice, or anything that resembles rats or mice. SICK. i'm making mikayla pick it up. she likes it. LOL. have a great day, since i'm sure i will! YEBI SEH EVERYONE!
