Nothing going right or....
I am beginning to hate my move to Canada. The people are nice but I just hate my situation. I guess i just have to vent it out. It has been a month and 1 week since I moved to Mississauga/Toronto.
The bank messes up first - takes a month to clear up a bankers check from the US, lost it, gave no replies, gave me the run around.
The job situation looks just as pathetic - people want to talk to you only if you have job experience in Canada - aarrrgghh. 12 years of work experience amounts to nothing - does not matter that you got it across 2 countries in 2 diff industries.
I know sum wld say its only been 1 month, its taken them longer than that to settle in and find jobs in their home country - I guess my patience is running thin when even social groups will not let u join and make a big deal about info u provide or rather do not provide.
that in short ( actually long ) sums up my source of frustration. I know I am better off than some but right now can't c any positives :-(
