why can't ANYTHING be easy?
I went to the Apple store, I had to wait, fine, they actually gave me a whole new ipod--very cool, and then asked if I had windows, I said yes so they gave me instructions...
I need to download Ipod updater in order to restore this ipod...
but OF COURSE, my computer being the piece of shit that it is, won't download it, and it's not that it just won't download it, I click download, and the screen just dissapears...so I have no idea what the fuck to do...I have to call this Windows number, but I don't know how to explain this problem...
What the fuck? I don't need this now, I don't need...I just want my music!
