Hair: Bleached sandy blond, naturally brown/black.
Medical info: Blind in his left eye. Technically. At least, medical assessment would show that he is.
Physical traits: Pretty normal-looking other than the eyes. Ignore the eyepatch in some of his icons; it is, like an LJ-cut in camp, NOT THERE. I just use those icons for the expressions.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him: For now I'd prefer nothing that happens past chapter 30, including things from flashbacks about his past. Until I get scans/better translations than mine. Anything else is fine.
Abilities: Ooookay, so that left eye~ Gives him the incredibly godmody ability to... make stuff happen by thinking about it. In canon's words, this is the power of the "Unwritten Page," the ability to change fate. This hasn't fully been explained yet, and Toki himself is still very "???" about it and how exactly to use it. It'll be used sparingly in camp, and mostly for lulz -- if you don't want it used in relation to your character at all, please let me know. I'll always ask before doing something with it, anyway.
Also, he has a kind of mind-link with Bonten via the eye. If Bonten ever reaches into your chest to look at your memories, Toki will see them too. And there's probably even more we don't know about yet. Insane canon is insane.
On the more normal side, he has a lot of mundane scientific knowledge and the uncanny ability to flirt on autopilot.
Notes for the Psychics: In addition to everything under "Abilities," you'll find someone who's well-intentioned but very lost and confused about the world and his place in it. You'll probably see a greater sense of detachment from most people than his friendliness makes it look. He really does like everyone, and the friendliness isn't a phony act, it's just... a way he's used to doing things that can happen to give people the wrong impression.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Yes. 8D
Hugging/Kissing/Other non-violent physical contact: Yes. 8D
Maim/Murder/Death: Ask first/Probably not/Probably not.
Emo/Drama: Yes, these things are canon.
Cooking: He lets other people do the cooking in canon. Can probably just make really easy things like ramen.
