I think all the people posting negative things in here are crazy. I've watched you become stronger and more sure of yourself and more the kind of person who YOU want to be. And that's the most important thing. If other people think you've changed for the worse, maybe it's just that you're not the jerk they wanted you to be, a jerk like them. You care about people. And if you're more sensitive than other people would like, who cares? They weren't your friends to begin with then.
The simple fact that we hold people to actual standards is what makes us far superior people. The fact that this has come down the kiss-asses and sophists is evidence enough of a slide in quality.
Gosh, there's nothing like a bunch of low-blow insults for making a person NOT want to debate intelligently with someone. Forget it. And knowing you, your response now will be "All right then, you concede that you're wrong," and you'll just go on believing you're in the right. Which, really, you would have done no matter what, even if I did debate this with you. So I'm saving us a lot of time and wasted effort by refusing to fight right up front, hmm? Problem solved.
All right, I'll have to admit I don't really, I guess. I don't really know you people, I'm commenting based on how I know Jamie, which I like to think is pretty well. From what I've heard and seen though it sure looks like I'm on the right side.
Before you leap into the fray ready to defend with life and limb, take a second glance and ask yourself if it's really your place in a situation like this. We're the players involved, you're an extra piece. Too many on the field just distracts from the object at hand.
If you must ask what that is, then you honestly need to butt out.
Umm...huh? Gosh, i thought I was just posting an anonymous comment, like we were asked to in this post. I didn't realize this was a "field" with defined "Players." I just thought she could use a positive perspective to balance the negative stuff. I didn't ask for a fight. Sorry if I'm intruding on your war or whatever.

What I DID say was there's no reason for you to be on the defensive for her when you have littler or no idea what's really going on. If you want to take me literally, have a blast. You can amuse yourself for hours, I'm sure. My point is to watch it when you start commenting on people you don't know about things you're unaware of (and I can guarantee you are not aware of them).
Witnesses, as nice as they are, never have the entire truth.
One last thing, thank you for at least being civil in your responses. I may not agree with you but I respect you, something I can't say about your comrade-in-arms.
