24 january -
exercise - 30 minutes recumbant bike (11 minutes level 5, 19 minutes level 4); 7 minutes freeweights; 15 minutes elliptical level 4; 15 minutes treadmill 4.0 mph @ 2.0 incline
1 pm - activia light; orange; 15 peanuts
4 pm - 1.5 cups chana masala
6 15 pm - no-sugar added peaches; apple
8 30 pm - pint of mixed lf/nf yopo (frozen yogurt)
11 20 pm - big can of french-cut green beans w/ 1.5 oz or so of slivered almonds.
12 15 am - apple; activia light

25 january - weight - 140.2 lbs
exercise - 30 minutes elliptical level 4; 11 minutes recumbant bike level 4.2; 7 minutes freeweights; 19 minutes treadmill thigh-toning workout
9 am - low sugar oatmeal, apple, activia light
12 pm - banana
2 pm - vegetarian burrito from qdoba (black beans, rice, lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole)
7 pm - salad w/ 1/4 cup cheese, 2 tbsp dressing, 3 oz chicken, around 12-15 pecans.
9 30 pm - 1.5 cups vegetarian indian dal soup
10 30 pm - black coffee w/ 25 cal packet of hot cocoa
1 15 am - banana; activia light

26 january
exercise - 30 minutes elliptical (20 level 5; 10 level 4); 30 minutes bike (19 minutes level 4; 11 level 5); 7 minutes freeweights
8 30 am - low sugar oatmeal; activia light; banana
1 pm - 15 tortilla chips & salsa; burrito w/ 1/2 cup black beans, 1/2 cup mexican rice; 1/6 cup guacamole; 1/4 cup salsa roundabout
7 pm - about 2 cups chana masala
9 pm - binge: 2 double stacks, half of a large frosty, small fries, 1 ounce of peanuts, banana, 2 activia lights, half a bag of cheese puffs (purged ALL that shit up)
later - 7-8 beers.

27 january
1 pm - luna bar; G2 gatorade
3 pm - luna bar
5 pm - 1.5 cups vegetarian indian dal soup; 1.25 cups mixed veggies
9 30 pm - binge - 3 bananas; 3 packages low sugar oatmeal; one small sweet potato; 2 cups brown rice; 1 oz peanuts; cup of 1/2 sugar/calorie OJ. PURGE.
later - 7 beers

28 january -
exercise - 15 minutes treadmill level 4.0/4.1 mph @ 2.0 incline; 35 minutes recumbant bike level 5; 7 minutes freeweights
8 30 am - banana; low sugar oatmeal
11 30 am - banana; few sips of low calorie OJ
1 15 pm - tortilla chips, salsa, guacamole; 3/4 cup mexican rice, 3 small enchiliadas w/ cheese, chicken, pork; 3/4 cup black beans/refried pinto beans
8 30 pm - 2 slices pizza w/ pesto base, cheese obv., artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatos, garlic, spinach, basil

29 january -
10 am - luna bar
11 30 am - special k bar (90 cal)
1 50 pm - special k bar (90 cal)
3 30 pm - bowl of corn; can of 98% fat free clam chowder
7 30 pm - banana
8 15 pm - 2 cups jasmine rice; 1.5 cups stir-fried veggies in lite-coconut milk curry (peppers, scallions, edamame)
10 30 pm - jello pudding popsicle)
11 15 pm - 1 oz mixed nuts; couple cups green grapes
6 beers, binge & purge on a slice of cake, 1.25 cups potato/egg salad; a popsicle

busy, bad, stressful week. today is better luckily.
