monday 11 january

exercise - 30 minutes recumbant bike level 4 (at apt); 5 minutes freeweights; 30 minutes thigh-toning workout on treadmill

9 45 am - low sugar oatmeal w/ 1 cup blackberries w/ 1 light activia yogurt
12 50 pm - 100 cal pack craisins
2 15 pm - 3 10 pm - i ate 1.5 cups indian dal soup and a package of green beans w/ almonds (160 cal total)
7 15 pm - tomato basil soup, 2 spring rolls with butterflied shrimp
11 pm - glass of OJ (50% calorie/sugar kind, probably 80 cal)
