i can't believe you've only heard that ONCE! good gracious I hear that phrase at least like 10 times a day. its like when you like someone and they like you and youll like hang out and you both know yall like each other but neither of them have the balls to ask anyone out. so yeh i think you've got the right idea, but one time? thats insane.
