Last night I had a fucking seizure.
it was surprisingly less scary than i thought it would be (now that i've had time to think about it).
I was cleaning my room and my vision started going blurry, which sometimes happens to me when I stand up too fast - but this time I got tunnel vision which eventually went fully black so that I could see nothing. Then I lost conciousness and collapsed, hitting my face on the corner of my wardrobe door in the process.
I don't know how long I was on the ground for before becoming aware of everything again, but I came too while my vision was still black (so I was concious/thinking, but couldn't see and had no sense of direction or of where exactly I was in my room), and I felt my body going crazy, but it wasn't me doing it. My vision came back after a few seconds and I saw my arms and legs going absolutely crazy. It was intenseeee. I had to just sort of lay down on my bed for an hour feeling more drained then I ever have before, and pretty queezy also.
I went to the doctor's today and apparantly I'm fine, so that's good.
Appearantly I have low blood pressure which is relatively common and means that when I lay down for long periods of time and then stand up sometimes the blood can't get to my brain in time and that's when my vision starts to go blurry, or in some cases become completely absent. the seizure was just a symptom of not having blood get to my head fast enough.
My nose hurts :(
