Rikuou is a psychic, but sort of a limited one. Mostly, his power channels itself into destructive telekinesis. However, canon also suggests that he has strong mental shields, the ability to communicate mentally through them (sending, not receiving, although camp canon says he can do that too if the other person is psychic as well) and the capability to see various weird occult goings on. He’d probably be pretty sensitive to Madman shifting the world around.
Going through Rikuou’s shields, Madman’d find a pretty normal human mind. He really just shields because he doesn’t want other psychics to know about his Emo Clamp Past. If Madman wanted to freak him out by talking about bloody rooms or bloody girls or whatever, I’d be fine with that. Rikuou’s smart enough that he wouldn’t lash out physically or psychically.
Daisy is also a Reaper, as her canon terms them. She’s undead, and she has the power to separate a normal mortal’s soul from their body- and to put it back in again. She also has powers of physical regeneration and healing. Normally, the people around her see/hear her as a completely different person than she was in life- although camp canon says camp overrides this.
Other than that, Daisy is a completely normal person. She’ll probably just be the normal level of uncomfortable around Madman. All her powers were kind of… grafted onto her at death, I’d guess. Best description I can think of, anyway. I guess taking them away might make her truly dead for a while before camp kicked in, and then truly living?
Doumeki is not very spiritually aware. However he is very spiritually ‘pure,’ and can channel his Chi into a weapon. I… don’t really know if or how Madman might sense or manipulate that. He’ll probably just be the normal level of uncomfortable around Madman.
