According to the authorities in Washington D.C., if you are a woman driving in the city and you have more than two condoms with you, you are a prostitute and they will arrest you if they find them.
I know I shouldn't be surprised, DC -is- a center of idiocy in this country, but... this is a whole different level of retarded. Is DC still the crack capitol of the US? Because that could explain this. >.>
