So Bernie Mac passed away... and apparently now, so has Isaac Hayes.

DEAR CELEBRITIES. QUIT DYING PLZ.

Damn.

In other news, I am going to be an uncle. Apparently Ines took a pregnancy test, and she and Ryan are now expecting a spawn within the next 9 months. :P

He dropped by to visit my dad and tell him the news, and my dad dropped by today to inform us.

But yeah... at least Ryan's giving my dad a grandbabeh. 'Cuz my parents ain't gettin' any spawn from me. >:P

What else? Hung out with Phil the other day. He got me Pokemon FireRed for my birthday. I'm getting some MAJOR nostalgia from this game. :D

The original plan was to order the late birthday stuff from my Uncle's house, but he's apparently taken to not saving his password to connect to Cybertrails(we don't even know if they're working anyhow), and so we couldn't get online. My dad gave me the credit card number, and I ordered from Phil's instead.

I'm still kind of miffed, though. I've never been this late getting someone their b-day stuff. :(

To elaborate on my last post, musicksempire sent me some cookehs and CD's in the mail. I've totally had to fend my mom off from the cookies. D:

It's only natural, though. Those cookies are made of AWESOME and WIN. :O

Anywho... as for the CD's, she sent me copies of:

Lacuna Coil - Karmacode
Flyleaf - Flyleaf
Within Temptation - The Heart Of Everything
Living Sacrifice - The Hammering Process

Karmacode is my favorite so far. It's utterly spectacular. My three favorite tracks are "Devoted," "What I See," and "Enjoy The Silence." Yes, I know the last one's a Depeche Mode cover. :P

Flyleaf and Within Temptation are awesome as well, as I'd only heard bits of the two bands from the radio. Living Sacrifice is a bit harder for me to get into, but it's growing on me. :O

So yeah. I'm feeling the birthday love. :D

I still have other birthday stuff on its way in the mail, besides what I ordered for Phil. Hopefully they don't take a month. >_<
