Ahoy hoy my cheese sandwiches. If you are either feeling…
- Jingly,
- Pleasant,
- Optimistic,
…Then some might say you’re a happy person. Oooh, the randomness of it all.
Right, well, time to upload the minutes on the agenda into this entry. Yesterday I gained the benefit from the doubt after my father was too ill to drive me into school. Although I can sympathise with his sickness (which is over now, thankfully), I was happy that I wouldn’t be embarking on a trip to school. I regret not staying in bed that day; instead I was conducting my computer, browsing my website and several discussion forums. The day was fulfilling, though: no schoolwork, nor homework. All I did was build upon my obsession for computers and eating… actually, an ‘obsession’ for computers is too harsh really.
So, that was grand. In fact, yesterday was a blast - I managed to see my girlfriend, Artemis, late afternoon as well. She failed to disappoint me, and I think I did likewise. As anticipated, she was brilliant, her folks were brilliant - my time there was brilliant. It was… you know… brilliant. I demonstrated my practised guitar skills to her, and she was fairly impressed (although it was nothing special). Also, I got her into Metallica (finally). I showed her my Metallica S&M DVD, and, as expected, Artemis expressed great interest for the quality guitar riffs and superb solos. So much so that she’s requested that I send her some of their tracks over MSN. After eating tea and sharing a couple of ‘special expressions’ (o.o), I embarked back to my house. She’s great.
The last item on the agenda are my GCSEs list (GCSEs, for those in foreign countries, are the final high school exams which determine your final grades and qualifications). I have (get this)… 26 EXAMS TO SIT! Twenty. Six. That’s a two, and a six, together. No, not eight, but twenty-six. 26 individual exams, each more agonising than the last, and eight of them are science exams. This is sheer stupidity! 26 exams - 8 GCSEs. Ridiculous I tell you!
Anyway, that’s all from me. Cheerio.
