... Well, not really. But at least that sort of ryhmes.

Truncated workout last night. I'm wondering if I'll have time to hit the weights before I run to the training centre tonight. We'll see.

CHEST
Flat Bench Press - 135lbs (12) 315 LBS (2) 295lbs (3) 275lbs (3) 245lbs (5) 225lbs (7) 205lbs (8)
Incline Dumbbell Press - 90lbs (4) 80lbs (8) 70 lbs (10 / 10)
Incline Dumbbell Flys - 40lbs (7 / 10 / 10)

ANd that was it. We ran out of time and Cutler's wrist is slightly sprained, so he couldn't muscle through the Bicep portion. Which is fine, I'll make the rest up this week.

But still, it felt GOOD to hit 315lbs again. And not on the scale either.
