i'm curating a bi-city show (the first in houston, the second a month later in los angeles)
very excited!
what else has been going on?
one of my assemblages was included in this awesome book (http://www.six06.com/2013/03/14/eight-arms-of-inspiration/)
i did a "step by step" spread for eVolved magazine's second issue (http://www.six06.com/2012/12/01/446/)
my painting was used in the promotional for a dallas annual exhibition (http://www.six06.com/2013/01/21/19th-annual-el-corazon/)
bit of a dream come true, i got to show alongside George Yepes and Maria Kane (http://www.six06.com/2013/01/14/468/)
flew out to San Francisco for a group exhibit (http://www.six06.com/2012/10/16/coyolxauhqui/)
curated two shows at East End last year: "Love, Lovecraft" and "Outside the Box" (assemblage); got a bit of the bug on the curation end, so that's why i'm doing Director's Cut.
been attending Glassell School of Art (except this semester)
busy busy busy all the way around,
learning, growing, loving.
it's been a damned good year :)
oh yeah ... cut mah hurr and went blind!
