holy shit. I have no voice. It's completely gone. We went out last night. First i hung out with Annie at
her place before we went to Dave's show at the Double Door. We started drinking at 6pm. I bought a case
of Jack Daniels...and finished off before we headed out the door...and was surprisingly not intoxicated...
well at least not enough for me to be stumbling around...i am building up my tolerance...and i am not
sure if that's a good thing. LOL.
So we get to the rock show and drink some more. Now...I'm starting to get tipsy...when you add
several whiskey sours to the mix...it makes for a very funny me. I left right after they played their
set because i was going to meet up with Christina,Erin,and Matt at the bar Mother's. It's downtown near
the other Urban...and they were having live band Karaoke!!!
Throw in a couple of long island ice teas...3 horny,good looking girls,one of which knows how to REALLY
dance/swing on a stripper pole(yes-they had one!)...and you get a very,very,VERY...animated group of
girls pretty much giving a free sex show to anyone willing to watch. haha. AND THAT'S ALL I'M WILLING
TO DIVULGE.
well that...and i won top prize for singing The Darkness' "I believe in a thing called love" and they let
me close the bar down with Nirvana's "Smells like teen spirit" let me tell i didn't hold anything back...
which resulted with everyone in the bar rushing the stage and moshing. It was the most amazing thing to be
a part of. the guys who worked their even came up to me afterwards and told me they have never had a
reaction like that from the people hanging out in the bar. It felt really good. So i get to come back next
week to be part of the finals...where i can win a free IPod. i am so ready...well first i need to get my
voice back.
Now i have to get home and take a nap so i can go out with Christina again... she's is one crazy bitch...
and we're in love like only best friends can be.
