Call her on it; I think most forums have an annonymous option where you can post as annonymous, either that or as an open user, and inform her that you don't appreciate her copying your fic without your permission. You don't have to be mean about it, but in this case, you don't necessarily have to be civil, either.

same thing happened to my friend and me. you know what she did, she did a pity post of yoosu yongwonhi and everyone sided with her. it was so horrible. they made such rude comments like "who the hell they think they are, gift authors?" and other stuff like that. but don't give up, let her know you are plagiarizing because that is not cool. That is your hard work.
