Topic of the Week: Do you think that the opal exploding in Jem’s hand would signify that he got the ability to travel from two parents? (meaning he is Rogers?) What other things so far would make you believe Roger is Jem’s biological father? Am I the only one who wants it to be true whether it matters or not?

1. Did you see the similarities between Jamie and Bree when Bree was comforting Claire over the loss of Rosamund Lindsay?
2. Roger’s dream about singing for Bree?
3. Jamie tells Claire, “I sleep ill without ye by me side.” Wow. Then he proceeds to make love to her on the window seal. Would you hang out the window like that?
4. Another moment I truly love between Jamie and Claire is the sharing of daily information. They are happy to lie next to each other (touching or not) and share things they’ve learned.
5. Did you think DG did a good job in this book portraying small children like Germain and Jem?
6. I loved Chapter 108 with Jem wanting to go with Daddy. And then him coming up and telling Roger about the pig.
7. How much did you just freak out that Ian is back???? I think I started crying because I missed him.
8. Do you think the Raymond that Otter-Tooth mentions is Master Raymond from Dragonfly?
9. What do you think about Ian knowing about Claire, Bree, and Roger?
10. I love the last line, “When the day shall come, that we do part, if my last words are not ‘I love you’ - ye’ll ken it was because I dinna have time.” And yet we know he means it. - “I meant it.”
