Richard Rankin: The Last Kingdom
I recently learned that Richard ("Roger Wakefield" Rankin will be joining the cast of The Last Kingdom for season 2 of that series, which is expected to air sometime later this year. No official word on which character he will be playing, but something to look forward to if you're a fan of that series.
If you've not watched The Last Kingdom, I believe the first season is available on Netflix in some countries at least (e.g. the US and Canada for sure). If you're in the UK, it's still available on iPlayer. If you like Vikings, you'll likely enjoy The Last Kingdom, which is set a bit later in terms of actual history. The books the series is based on are also totally worth reading.
