Hmmm. Thurday is coming on fast.
Realised that I had a slight problem. I was going to be wearing my fabulous red costume for the dance I'm performing with my teacher in Melbourne on the Saturday night. But I'm also performing on the Sunday, and I didn't have another fabulous costume (well, that's a lie, I do, but nothing that I want to really wear), and so I was a little panicky, but my teacher has leant me her black velvet Abla, which is lovely. It's a little short and a little too tight in the skirt, but I wasn't wearing a body suit when I tried it on, so that will help a bit, I think. BUT I was thinking - I have a black velvet dress with a split. I'm thinking that I may (or may not!) have enough time to split it to the waist and bead it. After all, I have a 8 hour drive to Melbourne - I have to have something to do with my time.
But, for the moment, I am busy finishing off a costume for my teacher for the workshop she's doing. I hate inserting chiffon godets into stretch panne. *sigh* But it looks nice, so that's good.
