relax man, I guess you made your view on gay-ness pretty clear, to say the least. However, I don't sgree with the comparison to pedophiles, see, with pedophiles the attraction is directed towards someone underage... kids are pretty much helpless when it comes to a lot of things.. taking adavntage of this innocence and vulnerability is definitely sick. However, when you have two consenting adults engaged in something, well, that's a different matter.

I believe that some people (and some species of insects/animals i.e. fruit flies) are born biologically gay. I doubt anyone really goes into being gay because it's fun, really, who wants the hassle of being different that way?

I don't blame the media for making gay people more acceptable, the media hasn't made gay people look too great if you ask me.

Beyond the reaches of modern time and media, gay acts have already been in practice. There are tribes in africa that take it as ritual for men to live with men first before they can live with a woman. Human life exists on such a large scale that western society and cowboys make up so little a factor of it.

I do not say that being gay and sodomy is right or wrong. Who am I to dicate that on society? I do not believe that God is insulted this way. I believe in a God that LOVES everyone, and this God wants us to love each other. I admire those that can love even beyond what type of genitals you are born with.

Brokeback Mountain wasn't about sex (there was only ONE sex scene). It was about love. As different as this 'love' was, it's a reality that a lot of people have to deal with. It did not say that this love was right or wrong, it just emphasized that it happens, in whatever context.

There are bad gay people in the world, just as there are bad straight people. Sexual orientation does not dictate if you are bad or not. It is what you do and how you treat others that counts. I would take a gay man or woman over adolf hitler any day.
