(no subject)
I was in greenbelt last night for lee’s birthday. It’s funny how it turns out that everyone is now in a relationship. I was hanging with the couples, and I was the only one single. Yahoo! Haha. I was really convincing ray to go but I think he was already tired or something. Timmy had a similar story. Tired, can’t go. It was fun, though. It’s always nice to hang with old friends. Like pia said when she was introducing all of us to her guy, we all go waaay back. It’s always interesting to compare how you were back in high school and how you are now, and having old friends whom you still see until now make it even more interesting. It’s sad that we don’t really get to see each other as often as before. It’s no ones fault, really. Everyone’s just so busy with their present world of work, school, relationships, or whatever. It’s all good. Still, I’m always glad to see all of them even if it’s only a few times in a year.
It’s strange how some people don’t remember you even if they were introduced to you a couple of times already, while some people know your name even if they don’t know you. Two of rina’s friends were introduced to me probably for the third time, but I’m still not sure which name goes with whose face (but I know the names, at least). A friend of lee asked how my 7 eleven was doing and everything, but she couldn’t remember my name. haha. Then there’s this girl, who said hi to me, complete with a charming smile and a wave, but I’m quite sure that I haven’t met her before. I asked checky who the girl was, and I can’t recall meeting anyone with that name. If I did meet her before, then I just want to punch myself for not remembering her. She was good-looking. Hahah. Oh well. So much for that.
My upper body still hurts like a bitch. The pain is much worse than two nights ago, when I went with my friends to the gym. I couldn’t even change my shirt easily without saying ouch. Ughh.
