Perhaps she would have startled at the sudden movement coming up behind her and grabbing her, perhaps if she had not been almost entirely drained by what she had just done. When she did open her eyes, the irises were shot with silver, before she blinked and they were once again shades of deep brown.
"Hi Cain," she responded a bit dazedly to her name being spoken. Her head was a bit...floaty, and although the urge to stand hit her, she knew that at the moment she could not exactly trust her knees. So instead she remained seated, choosing to use part of the time to gather her wits back about her. "That had a bit of a bigger...kick then I had expected." Perhaps because it was not something done all that often, mingling different types of magic to that scale

She did not protest when Cain took away the bandage, seeing as he had two hands he could use, while she had been attempting to put it on with just one. She had barely nodded in agreement to what he said, before he got that odd look in his eye she recognized. Guilt was something she was intimately acquainted with, something quite prevalent in every breath she drew. "T-This should help," Az began tentatively, treading softly where she could easily be seen as intruding. "I didn't want," she paused, licking her bottom lip nervously as one of her hands caught the bottom of her hair. Fingers tripped over the tips of her hair as she looked away, "Him to come back."
