Who: DG & Everyone
Where: Infirmary
When: January 21st, 8 PM.
What: DG is awake.
All she was really aware of was the pain of a throbbing headache. Really bad headache. Worse then the time her and her friends had gone to every single bar in the state to get DG her free birthday drink, really it was. Blue eyes blinked open slowly and met the white ceiling with its bright lights with a mild glare. As her eyes began to water, seeing as it was dark and then suddenly so bright, she used a hand to brush away the damned tears, realizing that there was something on her hand. It was then that things began to slowly - well nevermind that, - flood her mind. Everything from the minute she'd realized what was going on at the ball to this moment now. Of course she had no memory of what happened after her head had hit the concrete wall so hard but she knew what had happened, Cain had found them and now she was back at the Palace, and in the infirmary. Would explain why her hand was wrapped up carefully in a bandage and why there were soft voices in the distant. The O.Z really did need asprin, but then again perhaps they had their own version of the medication.
Seconds after she'd woken up, or maybe minutes, she couldn't tell because her mind was in such a fog, she could see a figure leaning over her. Now typically she might think that it would be creepy, but then again she did recall the facct that she was the Crown Princess, and as if Cain would allow her to be utterly alone after the entire thing. Oh God what all did he know had happened? Now that conversation was going to be fun.. not so much. Blinking a few more times at the figure the fog in her eyes cleared and then the person, who was a woman, became clear to her. It was someone with Lavender Eyes. "Hey Mom," DG voiced with a raspness to her voice that made her have the urge to scratch it to make it go away. How long had she been unconscious?
"Hello DG." She replied with a gentle smile as she turned to the man who was standing a couple feet away, "Go and tell everyone that she has awoken, tell them to come down at their desire to, but I'm sure she'd love to see her friends and family." The man bowed and disappeared leaving Lavender to turn to DG in time to see a female nurse at her side. Watching as the woman wrote down some things she nodded her head to the Queen and spoke, "DG is in the best condition in days. Granted Raw could tell you a lot more about how her mind is, physically she's great. I'll be back with some pain medication and then she can have visitors, but as I am sure you know your Majesty, try not to overwhelm her." The woman left and DG scoffed in her absence, which almost made Lavender laugh outloud.
"Overwhelm me," She muttered and shifted up against the bed, wincing when she put pressure on her hand. "What's been going on?"
"A lot. Cain brought you and the others back and you were all tended to, you had a more extensive physical of everyone for obvious reasons, and then Raw spent several hours with you to heal your head injuries and your hand. You've had a lot of visitors. Cain mostly, Az, Scraps, Raw of course. Nearly everyone if I recall. Even your guards."
"How long was I out of it? I'm guessing it's not the 18th." DG would only be so lucky to have that happen, but as long as it wasn't March or something, she supposed it wouldn't be that big of a deal. On the upside her body had a chance to heal, had to look at the positives.
"Today is the 21st. Only four days, but they felt like months."
