Poison Oak
Hi there -
Does anyone here have a really severe reaction to poison oak or poison ivy, and if so, how do you deal with it while spending time outdoors???
I just ended up being put on a 3 week course of steroids (yikes) because of a severity of my reaction. I didn't start getting poison oak until about 5 years ago, and now I know it will only be getting worse and worse... Any advice from fellow sufferers? Do you carry an epi-pen and stick yourself at the slightest sign of the plant? What else could be done other then Tecnu?
