ugh!!!

Can someone please explain to me why I keep having vivid pregnancy dreams to the point that when I wake up, I am actually asking myself questions like, "wait, who's the father?", "am I showing yet?" etc, despite the fact that I have had absolutely no reason to suspect being pregnant since... oh ... April?? (Not that I'm bitter...) Is this the biological clock going off??
