Help me decide stuff for a good cause!!

This is pretty cool--my old boss at Hogar is offering to donate $250 to a charity of my choice in honor of my 2.5 years of service to the organization. YAY!!! The problem is that I can never decide between all the different good causes out there (which is why I´m into collective donations like the ones made by my phone company, Credo Mobile, or the ones from Earth Share). This time, I would like to be a little more decisive. Here are some of my favorite charities/causes (starred ones are one´s I´ve been personally involved in) listed by category. What do you guys think?
