(no subject)
Does any of you here identify as beret-kin? I am sorry, this may seem a little strange for me (warrior poet's named guitar kin) to want to know, but I had a dream in which a woman with breasts came out of a lake, and she glowed like white fire and told me to seek out beret-kin. I think she mentioned a prophecy of some sort, but I found it hard to focus on her words. I do want to fulfill it though, so I am searching for beret-kin.
I have searched, but so far all I found was a place where these guys were talking about Sartre, Che Guevara, and how hard it can be to find Gauloises outside of France. I don't think they took me seriously, and they asked if perhaps the whole prophecy dream was an escape into the Bad Faith of sexually spawned imagery that might lend a sense of purpose to an otherwise meaningless existence. It really made me cry, and I don't think they were otherkin at all. They said I was hell, whatever they may have meant by that.
So, now that my tears have stopped and I wrote some poems about being misunderstood, I am back on my quest. I have had an epiphany and realized that what I need to find may be GREEN beret-kin. You know, like Rambo is a green-beret (if anyone is Rambo-kin and have pointers, I would appreciate your wisdom and guidance). I fear this whole prophecy may be a battle against an ancient evil, and green beret-kin must be our allies in the battle to stem the dark tide.
