It's mimei day!
I baked these this evening to celebrate mimei's birthday. It's past midnight now so that day is now here. (& my housemates & I have already eaten at least half of the biscuits.) They're gingerbread and not-quite-vegan (couldn't find any vegan margarine) but it's the thought that counts, right?
